My journey as a dog trainer truly began when I fostered a dog named Ryder. We put in hours of training, patience, and love to help him become the best pup he could be. By the time he was ready for adoption, I realized that I couldn’t part with him. Ryder became an integral part of my family, and his success story fueled my commitment to helping other dogs and their owners build strong, loving relationships.

After attending Florida Atlantic University and earning my degree in Computer Information Technologies, I had the privilege of being mentored by a former K9 handler and trainer for the Miami Police Department. Over the course of more than three years, I gained invaluable hands-on experience and developed a deeper understanding of canine behavior and training.

In May of 2024, I founded Ryder’s Dog Training (RDT) to pursue my passion full-time. My mission is simple: to help dog owners and their pets communicate effectively and build lasting, positive relationships. I believe in the power of coaching both ends of the leash—teaching both the dog and the owner how to understand each other. When both the human and the dog are on the same page, they can enjoy their adventures together without frustration.
